Ylang Ylang III alleviates depression, anxiety and helps with insomnia. This oil is relaxing and helps one experience pleasure and joy.

This oil should be used in small quantities. Overuse may cause headaches or nausea in those sensitive to smell. Do not apply to inflamed, damaged, or hypersensitive skin. Dilute with any carrier oil when applying topically. Use caution with small children due to skin sensitivity.

Use in a diffuser, inhaler, or dilute in a carrier oil for topical application.  For external use only.  Do not use undiluted.

As with all essential oils, never use them undiluted, in eyes or mucus membranes. Do not take internally unless working with a qualified and expert practitioner. Keep away from children.
