Known for its pain relieving properties, Wintergreen is also an antispasmodic and can help support healthy lung activity

Use with caution and experience in small amounts for short period of time on small areas of the body.  When applying topically use in low dilutions onlyon INTACT skin.  Not to be used with anticoagulant medications, after having major surgery, or with those with blood clotting disorders.  Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.  Do not use with children due to the risk of developing Reye’s Syndrome.  Not to be used in those with ADD/ADHD.  Do not take internally; especially those with GERD.    Do not use if there is a sensitivity to salicylate; numerous cases of salicylate poisoning have been reported.

Use in a diffuser, inhaler, or dilute in a carrier oil for topical application.  For external use only.  Do not use undiluted.

As with all essential oils, never use them undiluted, in eyes or mucus membranes. Do not take internally unless working with a qualified and expert practitioner. Keep away from children.
