Turmeric is remarkable for its anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. Turmeric essential oil is great for supporting the digestive system and can help reduce fluid retention. It may also help with detoxifying the body, boosting the immune system, and reducing allergic responses.

Use in a diffuser, inhaler, or dilute in a carrier oil for topical application.  For external use only.  Do not use undiluted.

As with all essential oils, never use them undiluted, in eyes or mucus membranes. Do not take internally unless working with a qualified and expert practitioner. Keep away from children.
