Stimulates mental clarity and refreshes the mind.  Spearmint is also good when experiencing congestion due to the common cold or flu.  May also be used for minor joint pain and inflammation.

Use in a diffuser, inhaler, or dilute in a carrier oil for topical application.  For external use only.  Do not use undiluted.

As with all essential oils, never use them undiluted, in eyes or mucus membranes. Do not take internally unless working with a qualified and expert practitioner. Keep away from children.
