Roman chamomile has mild sedative properties that help to calm nerves and reduce anxiety.  Traditionally it has been used to help ease gastrointestinal conditions such as  gas, acid reflux, indigestion, diarrhea and vomiting.  The relaxing properties also help to ease nausea and insomnia. The anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties of this oil help promote smooth, healthy skin and relieves irritations like eczema, gout, and canker sores.

Use in a  inhaler, or dilute in a carrier oil and apply topically.  For external use only.

As with all essential oils, never use them undiluted, in eyes or mucus membranes. Do not take internally unless working with a qualified and expert practitioner. Keep away from children.
