Black Pepper is warming and has anti-inflammatory properties making it a good choice for sports massage.  Can also reduce fatigue, depression, and low energy.

Use in a diffuser, inhaler, or dilute in a carrier oil for topical application.  For external use only.  Do not use undiluted.

As with all essential oils, never use them undiluted, in eyes or mucus membranes. Do not take internally unless working with a qualified and expert practitioner. Keep away from children.
