Marjoram is known in traditional medicine for its ability to restore hormonal balance and regulate the menstrual cycle, but this oil is also very effective at relieving tension, and the anti-inflammatory and calming properties that can help reduce the pain that often comes with muscle tightness or muscle spasms as well as tension headaches.  Marjoram essential oil can calm the nervous system and lower blood pressure.

Use in a diffuser, inhaler, or dilute in a carrier oil for topical application.  For external use only.  Do not use undiluted.

As with all essential oils, never use them undiluted, in eyes or mucus membranes. Do not take internally unless working with a qualified and expert practitioner. Keep away from children.
