Reduces tension and depression; Lemon is also an analgesic, cooling, and its anti-inflammatory actions reduce heat in the tissues.  Lemon essential oils also has stimulating, astringent, detoxifying, antiseptic, disinfectant and anti-fungal properties.

Use in a diffuser, inhaler, or dilute in a carrier oil for topical application.  For external use only.  Do not use undiluted.

As with all essential oils, never use them undiluted, in eyes or mucus membranes. Do not take internally unless working with a qualified and expert practitioner. Keep away from children.
