Lavender essential oil can help reduce stress, alleviate anxiety, depression and can help with insomnia.  Though it is known for its sedative abilities it is also useful for treatment of burns, bites, scratches, and scars.  This oil can help relieve headaches when inhaled, as well as menstrual pain and cramping when massaged into the skin.  There is no limit to what this oil can do!

***The higher the altitude at which lavender is grown, the more esters the lavender will contain. These esters are what give L. angustifolia its wonderful soothing properties.***

Use in a diffuser, inhaler, or dilute in a carrier oil for topical application.  For external use only.  Do not use undiluted.

As with all essential oils, never use them undiluted, in eyes or mucus membranes. Do not take internally unless working with a qualified and expert practitioner. Keep away from children.
