Description

Peppermint, lavender, and birch make a great blend for reducing headache pain with the blend is inhaled, diffused, or mixed with a carrier oil and applied to the temple.

Use in a diffuser, inhaler, or dilute in a carrier oil for topical application.

Do not use undiluted.
