Reduces tension and depression; like other citruses White Grapefruit is antiviral, antibacterial and immune supportive.  Grapefruit essential oil also helps to fight bacteria and greasiness that can cause acne blemishes.  Grapefruit essential oil has also been found to help heal wounds, cuts and bites, and to prevent skin infections.

This oil is phototoxic.  Avoid UV exposure for at least 8 hours after topical application.  Can also be a skin irritant.  Use 24 drops max per ounce of carrier oil, or lotion.

Use in a diffuser, inhaler, or dilute in a carrier oil for topical application.  For external use only.  Do not use undiluted.

As with all essential oils, never use them undiluted, in eyes or mucus membranes. Do not take internally unless working with a qualified and expert practitioner. Keep away from children.
