Red Grapefruit helps to purify the air; When inhaled, its stimulating effects also make it effective for reducing headaches, sleepiness, brain fog, mental fatigue and even poor moods.

Phototoxic; avoid UV exposure for at least 8 hours after topical application.  Can also be a skin irritant.  24 drops max. per ounce of carrier oil or lotion.

Use in a diffuser, inhaler, or dilute in a carrier oil for topical application.  For external use only.  Do not use undiluted.

As with all essential oils, never use them undiluted, in eyes or mucus membranes. Do not take internally unless working with a qualified and expert practitioner. Keep away from children.
