Description

This blend of Bergamot, cypress, lavender and marjoram can be diluted with a carrier oil and applied directly to the abdomen for the relief of menstrual cramping.

Dilute in a carrier oil and apply to the abdomen.

For external use only.

Do not use undiluted.
