Like other conifers, White Fir offers support to the lungs and sore muscles; can promote mental clarity and aid in a restful nights sleep. Useful in treatment of respiratory conditions.  Also, a good choice for room deodorizer.

Use in a diffuser, inhaler, or dilute in a carrier oil for topical application.  For external use only.  Do not use undiluted.

As with all essential oils, never use them undiluted, in eyes or mucus membranes. Do not take internally unless working with a qualified and expert practitioner. Keep away from children.
