Fennel seed oil traditionally has been used as a digestive aid.  It can ease Digestive Disorders, IBS, Gastrointestinal Spasms, and Flatulence.  It can also be used as a diuretic for home related fluid retention.

Use in a diffuser, inhaler, or dilute in a carrier oil for topical application.  For external use only.  Do not use undiluted.

Safety Contraindications: To be used for short term use at a maximum 2.5% dilution; contraindicated in children under the age of 5 and those who are pregnant and breastfeeding.  Not advisable to use during labor especially if progressing slowly.

As with all essential oils, never use them undiluted, in eyes or mucus membranes. Do not take internally unless working with a qualified and expert practitioner. Keep away from children. If applying an essential oil to your skin always perform a small patch test to an insensitive part of the body (after you have properly diluted the oil in an appropriate carrier).For educational purposes only.
