This oil helps to calm the mind and is also emotionally uplifting, making it a good choice to help ease stress, tension, or depression.  It is also good to use to treat acne.

Use in a inhaler, diffuser, or dilute in a carrier oil for topical application.  For external use only.  Do not undiluted.

As with all essential oils, never use them undiluted, in eyes or mucus membranes. Do not take internally unless working with a qualified and expert practitioner. Keep away from children.
