Traditionally known for its astringent properties, it is also good to loosen tight muscles due to its soothing properties.

Dilute with any carrier oil and massage into tight, sore muscles. May also be blended with witch hazel for a facial toner.

Use in a diffuser, inhaler, or dilute in a carrier oil for topical application.  For external use only.  Do not use undiluted.

As with all essential oils, never use them undiluted, in eyes or mucus membranes. Do not take internally unless working with a qualified and expert practitioner. Keep away from children.
