This soothing blend of Birch, Basil, Palmarosa, White Thyme, and Peppermint will help cool inflammation whether used topically or inhaled; can be especially helpful with gout, when applied topically.

Use in a diffuser, inhaler or dilute in a carrier oil for topical application.
